You’re in good company

We are supported by a number of corporations whose generosity helps us provide for our guests. Our partners contribute food, clothing, volunteers and financial donations that allow us to focus on providing the best service we can for those who need it most.

In one year, we had over 100 corporate volunteering days at our centre and many companies return to volunteer regularly.

Each day, we have space for up to 6 corporate volunteers to help prepare and provide for our guests. As well as food preparation and cleaning, duties include signing guests in, handing out meal tickets, serving food, serving hot drinks and floating among tables collecting plates and chatting to clients. The structure of a day at Ace of Clubs is below.

Volunteers should wear practical clothing as you will be on your feet for a lot of the time and the centre is not the warmest of places. Lockers are available to store personal items, but we recommend you do not bring anything of value that you don’t actually need. We suggest a minimum donation of £20/head to the charity.
